Technical Services and Business Development Specialist (Malaysia)

Duties:

  • Define sales and marketing goals and strategies to drive recurring revenue from new and existing customers.
  • Approach and acquire new clients in assigned regions globally.
  • Evaluate and develop new marketing opportunities for both services and products.
  • Promote the company’s services, addressing and predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare sales offers and agreements, including conducting negotiations.
  • Conduct diagnostic measurements at client sites to assess needs and requirements.
  • Process and transmit measurement data for further analysis and preliminary data processing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to increase sales effectiveness and optimize processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English Skills: Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential.
  • Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the marine or land industry sector, particularly in technical or engineering roles.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Demonstrated experience in acquiring new clients, conducting business meetings, and developing cooperation with existing clients.
  • Project Management: Ability to independently manage projects, including adherence to time frames, milestones, and goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to Travel: Readiness to undertake business travel as required.
  • Relocation Flexibility: Willingness to relocate (UAE) for up to 8 months if needed.
