Business Development Specialist


  • Fluent English skills – both spoken and written – a necessary condition
  • Experience in marine, or land industry sector (technical or engineering area)
  • Experience in acquiring new clients, business meetings, and development of cooperation withing existing clients
  • Ability to manage own projects with regard to time-frame, mile-stones, and goals
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


  • Defining sales and marketing goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers.
  • Approaching and acquiring new clients in assigned parts of the world
  • Evaluation and developing new marketing opportunities for service and product
  • Promoting the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Preparing sales offers and agreements, including negotiations
  • Implementing and maintaining long-term b2b relationships.
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Building brand awareness and good image of the company
  • Cooperating with other departments of the company to increase sales effectiveness and to optimize processes
